Investor Relation Manager(based in Japan)

Job Description:

  • Handling investor enquires (phone/ email/ meeting)
  • Coordinating quarterly earnings process with Finance team in Hong Kong and MHM in Japan
  • Acting as point of liaison (legal representative) between the Company and external parties such as MHM, TSE, etc
  • Drafting of press release (TDNET) and filing them with TSE
  • Filing quarterly securities report via EDINET 
  • Tracking of news regarding the company and our sector and communicating with management
  • Tracking of latest company shareholding information
  • Tracking of company stock performance and issue daily updates to management
  • Handling ad hoc projects- Annual General Meeting (AGM) arrangement, investor meeting coordination, translation etc


Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of investor relations experience with listed companies (familiar with TSE requirements)
  • Native Japanese speaker who is fluent in English (Chinese would be a plus)
  • Press release writing skills (translation from Japanese/ English would be a plus)
  • Finance background
  • Excellent people skills
  • Capable of working under pressure

English Translator

Responsibility:

Translate the stories on macroeconomics, bond market, equity market and FX market, etc. precisely, which are assigned by editor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree

Sales Manager

Working location: Eastern part of China

Job description: 

  • Conduct market assessment and identify key prospects for Energy Saving System and Environmental Protection Equipment 
  • Develop sales team and prepare market plan for sales division
  • Establish privileged relationships with customers
  • Provide monthly pipeline report and yearly sales budget for management
  • Archive annual sales targets
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for Energy Saving and Environmental Protection System.  Example:- Wasted Hot Water Recycling System
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the products quality are in line with customers requirements
  • Organize and participate sales & marketing events 


Qualification:

  • Degree in mechanical or environmental engineering
  • minimum 10 years relevant working experience with proven track record of sales

Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Responsible for working at main reception desk
  • Operate a switchboard, answer incoming calls and take message
  • Greet, screen and direct all visitors
  • Perform routine administrative work such as purchasing and liaising with outside service providers
  • Handle travel arrangements, transportation, hotel bookings
  • Assign conference rooms and coordinate meeting facilities to ensure all logistics are arranged
  • Perform basic clerical & administration duties
  • Other General ad-hoc tasks: photocopying, typing, mail, new hires administration
  • Supervise office renovation, maintenance of office security


Requirement:

  • Minimum of one years' experience as a receptionist or customer service staff in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Decent and professional
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Must be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English especially in verbal communications
  • Basic PC Skills includes MS Office

Sales Manager (based in Shanghai or Beijing)

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the sales of the news products, including MNI, CMW and CBP
  • Cover all potential clients in Shanghai and Shenzhen
  • Collect all potential clients list
  • Meet the sales target which is set up by NY headquarter


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years experience in sales
  • Experience of sales for news or information products is preferred

Analyst

Responsibilities: 

  • Take charge of the measurement and analysis of the financial advice projects, conduct the risk analysis. 
  • Collect, coordinate and analyze the market and industrial data. 
  • Participate in the due diligence. 
  • Analyze the financing feasibility and design the financing structure. 
  • Make business plans and assist customers to do the feasibility report.
  • Participate in the financing training or forums. 


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in investment or financing management area with corporate or financial institution background (experience in private financing and public offering or audit and finance management experience are preferred)
  • Strong financial market and industry analysis capability , be able to submit independent analysis report or investment project valuation report
  • At least bachelor degree in finance, audit, accounting 
  • Master at English skills, esp. oral English at least CET-6
  • Master at PPT and office software skills
  • With leadership and organizing capability and take the lead to complete the project
  • Team spirit , open-minded thoughts and learning capability are a must
  • Can work under pressure and the challenge
  • Strong communication skills with clients or investors

Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Seek, exploit and filtrate financing projects, participate in the evaluation and provide financing proposals.
  • Compose business scheme.
  • Participate in the due diligence.
  • Exploit, establish and maintain the relationships with VC, PE, IB and various financial institutions. 
  • Based on the departmental arrangement, follow the industrial information related to the departmental businesses.  
  • Assist the investors to handle the management and supervision after investment. 
  •  Participate in the financing trainings or forums.
