 Senior Account Manager-XPRN BJ XPRN is seeking a candidate to fill a new position that will focus entirely on multinational firms to develop their brands in the Chinese market through public relations communications tools and programs. Multimedia Product Specialist (based in Shanghai) Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the development of a corporate video library on www.xprn.com: contact companies and organizations to collect quality corporate videos, still photos that will be stored on xprn.com; 2. Assist the multimedia product manager in the development and marketing of XPRN multimedia products that include photo, multimedia news release production and distribution, web-casting, etc; identify and work with various partners to develop the production capabilities for these services and also work with web portals, mobile phone and other PDA content providers to establish distribution networks for XPRN’s multimedia content;

Business Development Manager He/She will be responsible for developing FXI sales planning and capability, growing the product penetration in the PRC market, and achieving revenues against agreed new business targets and within an agreed cost-budget. The growth will involve both new sales and developing and growing existing accounts. The job holder will need to achieve the revenue targets and maintain existing client relationships.
The candidate will have responsibility for sales and client servicing activities within PRC and may work alongside teams domestically and internationally as needed. The role will be based in Shanghai and will report to the Sales Director of FXI.
Key Functions
The key aspects of the job are: - Develop and implement growth plans to increase client and market penetration
- Develop the sales capabilities of the FXI team
- Implement account management for all key client segments, deploying resources to achieve desired objectives
- Actively contribute to discussions on strategy and policies for FXI
- Plan and deliver revenue targets in respect of new business and manage expenditure against agreed cost budgets
- Involve negotiations and discussions with senior client contacts to grow account penetration
- Prepare, implement and manage plans for financial services clients, which may include but not be limited to institutional clients, asset managers and investment houses/brokers.
Qualifications/Experience
The key requirements for the job are:
